My name is Jamie, I am a loving wife and mother of 2 little one's. I started blogging about 5 years ago (you can find my personal blog here) and love it! I think it's such a great way to share all your precious memories and thoughts. I was always one to change up my blog look just about every week!! And well, let's face it... having someone design your blog is not cheap. So with this, along with months of tutorials, trials and errors, I have decided to start designing blogs myself.

Below is some basic information for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Client Questionnaire

When placing an order answer each question in my Client Questionnaire as thoroughly as possible and try to submit ALL of the information I'll need to design your blog up front (such as photos, URL's for links, font preferences, etc.). This will help speed the process up.

Design Process

I'll be working from a test blog that I have set up, and will send you that link so that you may give me your feedback as I go. I am trying to have designs finished within 2-3 days, this also depends on how well you have filled out your questionnaire. It's very helpful if you check your e-mail often while I am working on your design in case I have any questions or need additional information from you in a hurry.

Waiting List

Designs are scheduled in the order that I receive each client's completed order questionnaire and deposit.

Digital Scrap Kits

I use digital scrapbooking kits for most of my designs. Legally I am required to use kits that the designer has created and sold for commercial use or has given me their permission to use. If you come across a kit somewhere else that you would like me to use, let me know and we can ask the designers permission. Kits typically run $3-$8 and some designers charge an additional licensing fee which will be added to your design total.

iStock Images

Most of the images in my headers come from iStockphoto.com. If you wish to use something from there, I will need to charge you for that. I reserve the right to reuse images on future designs.

Payment

A non-refundable $15 deposit (which will be applied to your total) is required through paypal when you place your order to hold your spot on my waiting list. The remaining total, will be due before I install your design. If I haven't received your payment by the time your name comes up on my waiting list, I'll have to move on to the next name and your order will be moved back. So please keep up! :-)

Refunds/Credits

I do not offer refunds on designs I have already started on. If you change your mind before I get started on your design I will be happy to refund your payment minus, the cost of any digital scrap kits or iStock images I've purchased for your design.

Copyright

The layouts and design elements from Designs by Jamie are protected by U.S. Copyright law. No part of any blog design may be altered, copied, or resold for any reason.

Credit

I credit Designs by Jamie(myself), with a link back to my site, and the designer of the digital scrap kit that I use at the bottom of every blog I design. I would appreciate if this would not be removed.
